This waiver is required for every student attending the Grad Party. It gives permission for your graduate to participate, confirms emergency contact information, and helps us keep everyone safe throughout the night. The form must be completed before buying your ticket.
Step 2
Once the waiver is complete, purchase your Grad Party ticket to lock in your spot! The fee covers the cost of food, prizes, games, and all the awesome entertainment planned for the night. This is an all-inclusive, safe celebration—so once you’re in, everything’s covered!
